I was waiting if someone ask me why i jump to Yahoo! Pool update 22 from 20 but also i know the answer cause not many reads this blog 
Anyway Yahoo! changed the break power (April 2008) after years and i guess so many players didn’t realize this. It almost changed half bar (ummm 1/2 ) faster. I know this cause i don’t use full power and i always use same power at my breaks and now it goes faster.
