Poolskill.com presents, Look ma no ads

I know this trick for long time but i don’t use since ads don’t bother me but i think it’s time to share it now cause it effects most players.

If you are ready lets go

Step 1 – Download Firefox or

Step 2 – Open your brand new Firefox and download your first Add-on AdBlock Plus add on and install it

Step 3 – Open your Firefox browser click Tools tab from the top and click on Ads-ons, find AdBlock Plus click on it to make it active, click options

Step 4 – This step will remove the ads from Yahoo! Pool lounges, rooms ,anyway since they don’t effect your gaming i suggest you to keep that advertisements there
Click on Add Filter button, an empty box will be open for you to enter an url

copy and paste the code below to there
http://games.yahoo.com/ygames/home/supernorthroomad.php?

After you click on ok it will take you back to Add ons window,

Now it should look like this

Step 5 – This step will remove the ads from Yahoo! Pool tables,

Click on AdBlock Plus and options once again and add the code below

http://games.yahoo.com/ygames/home/tableadnorth.php?

Now it should look like this

if you want to remove this filters later just click on the link to chose the ad filter ( it will be gray ) and hit delete from your keyboard.

That’s all now you are ready to go

If you are using Internet explorer 7 when playing Yahoo! Pool now you can somewhat get rid of the advertisements with an add-on called IE7 Pro. I wasn’t know this add-on so thanks to member “sob_lmao” to bring this on.

This add-on will remove the advertisements but will keep their places as blank . Firefox 2 users prepare for good news, at next post i will show you how to remove ads and no blank place .

download Ie7pro (1.58 Mb) after download, install it.
The default setup will remove the ads but i recommend you to check out the preferences menu to see more cool options for better surf.

Edit: Be careful when using this extension cause it block some normal images with thinking they are advertisements!
